CSDR Close Up

The California School for the Deaf, Riverside is where Language and Learning Thrive! The CSDR Seniors are raising funds to go on a trip to Washington DC. They are learning about how our government works and will be able to see our government in action. CLOSE UP is a wonderful program, however it is expensive, and we need your help! For 15 students to go to CLOSE UP, they need to raise almost $2000 each. Our goal is to raise the $30,000 to allow these students the opportunity to have the learning experience of a lifetime.

Salem High School Soccer

The Salem High School Soccer Teams need your help to reach our goals and turn our outstanding athletes into champions! 2011 promises to be an amazing year with over 150 boy and girl athletes signed up to lead Salem High School Soccer to victory! Our goal is to raise $15,000 to pay for professional training camps to develop skills necessary for our athletes to become champion soccer players!

Alixandra Cuartas

This beautiful little girl is 2 years old and has a rare disease called Gastroparesis which is a gastro-intestinal motility disease. This means that her tummy muscles are paralyzed and do not operate properly. Her family has done everything possible to this point, but Alixandra needs much more medical treatment that the Mayo Clinic has to offer.

Treasure Coast High School JROTC

Sponsored by the United States Armed Forces, the JROTC program was originally created as part of the National Defense Act of 1916, with the purpose of instilling "in students in [United States] secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, and personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment." The Treasure Coast High School JROTC in Port St Lucie Florida is working hard to raise $5,000 this spring for uniforms and equipment.

Peachtree Baseball League of Albemarle County, Virginia

For more than 30 years, Peachtree Baseball League of Albemarle, Inc. has been affiliated with Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth baseball and has worked to mold the youths of Western Albemarle County Virginia by teaching leadership, sportsmanship, cooperation, hard work and a sense of fair play. 2011 promises to be an exciting season, with over 8 teams and over 350 players. Our goal this year is to raise $15,000 for equipment, uniforms and officials. We've partnered with The Magazine Gift Card to help us meet those goals!
